At VEXAR , we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of returning the products under the following conditions:

Return conditions:

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

  2. The return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  3. Accessories, manuals and any item accompanying the product must be returned with it.

Return procedure:

  3. Include a copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note in the package.

Return fees :

Refund :

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. The refund will be made according to the original payment method.

Exchange :
